The University of Opole, with its twelve faculties boasting rights to confer licentiate, master, doctoral, and postdoctoral degrees, academic staff numbering above 700, and the offer of tens of academic majors and specialities within the fields of Art, Chemistry, Economics, Law and Administration, Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, Medicine and Public Health, Natural Sciences and Technology, Philology, Social Sciences, and Theology is a dynamically developing public academic centre offering and developing cooperation with academic and business partners based both in Poland and abroad. Within its development strategy, the university cooperates with above 40 countries, having reached the sixth position nation-wide with regard to the amount of funding acquired for international cooperation.
In the TOOLS Project, the University of Opole has been responsible for management. Its staff of the Department of Applied Linguistics specializing for many years in BA- and MA-level teacher training have also been involved in delivering all Intellectual Outputs. |

Closing the Project |
|
On June 21-22, 2022, the University of Opole organised the final Transnational Partner Meeting to discuss the technicalities of the Moodle Platform, and the particulars of the final report, quality assurance as well as dissemination until the end of the Project, and sustainability of the Project after its closure. The event was then followed by a Final Conference on June 23-24,2022 at which a series of workshops were offered to introduce the recently elaborated materials on inclusive learning, and the application of online tools, collectively called the Teacher Toolbox, along with visits to the TAK School, acting as an associate partner of the Project. |

At the Project closure stage, all the Project products have been rendered available, including the platform, a blended-learning course on inclusive learning for pre-service EFL teachers, an E-learning course on inclusive learning for in-service EFL teachers, and an inventory of materials on inclusive learning. The Partnership have successfully organised five Multiplier Events and a Final Conference for 275 participants in total, including 25 foreign participants. Several publications in connection with the project are being composed or already submitted for printing. |
